Comment: At last, some serious competition for my previous favorite KOI recipe (rajma masala)!

This has enough cream and butter to produce a very rich flavor, but without being high in calories or saturated fat. With just 15 g of total fat in a whole package, it tastes much richer than it is. If you mix it with rice (brown or wild rice) it becomes a low-fat dish, and of course high protein.

Yum!

Comment: Let me preface this review by saying that I LOVE Indian cuisine. This product, however, falls short on taste. It has a very heavy sauce that has a strong aftertaste. I had to soften the harsh flavor with a large dollop of sour cream. I definitely would not order again!

This is outrageous!

They don't tell you about the new higher price, and if you don't take out your calculator, you might not even know you are getting betrayed!

This was a 12 pack for 21.81 $ in the subscription, makes a unit price of 1.8175 $. The store price in our area is 2,29 $, so it was a good idea to order the subscription and get the better price.

Now they changed the size into 6 packs, told me that in an email, BUT FORGOT to inform me of the price raise! The new price (for the 6 pack) is now 13.63 $, and devided by 6 that makes a unit price of 2.2716.

That means, it is almost store price level now.

The worst of all: they did not tell me about their NOW HIGHER PRICE, probably even hoping I would see the lower number (13 instead of 21) and stupidly assume that this new deal was better.

SHAME ON YOU AMAZON!
I am really angry about this.

I don't like to be fooled and betrayed like this.
And for that reason I fear I must cancel this subscription.

This is sad, because the product really is fantastic!

I love almost all varieties of the ready meals by Kitchens of India. And this is my favourite. It is vegetarian, mildly spiced and really good tasting.

I am German, my husband is American, and we don't really like spicy food that burns our mouths so much that tastebuds get numb. This happened to us before, when certain asian dishes were filled up with chilli.

But this is wonderfully mild, still with a hint of spice. Just right for us!

What a great product, and they are hasseling with it now.
