The tastes were smooth and eloquent. The different cocoa beans have differing notes and aftertastes. This box was an education in what real chocolate is and how it should taste. Good consistency, but flavor is every bit as important as consistency. She is a chocoholic just like I am but this was for her. When the package arrived it was during the heat wave and it was 100 degrees out, but to no worries the had it packaged in a foam cooler with ice packages. They take extremely great care of thier product. When you eat it you will see why. The chocolate is amazing. It really is some of the best chocolate my wife and I have ever tasted in our lives. But we also looked at eachother wondering if it was worth the money because the napolitains are very small (only 1/2" squares), and for what you pay for it you could easly get other fine chocolate for much cheaper and more of it that tastes just as good. I would say this is an experiance chocolate, get it once for the experiance but nothing more than that.
