The Parrot 3200 LS wirelessly connects with all Bluetooth phones on the market and offers effortless synchronization with information on your phone. The display of the 3200 LS provides the same visual information and functions as your mobile phone, such as caller ID, carrier signal strength, or last calls received, on a unit that can be clipped in the ideal position for the driver to see. And thanks to the big color screen, you can even view pictures of incoming callers. A large control knob easily adjusts the volume while also offering fast navigation of the unit's menus and options.

Turn on the car engine and the phone connects wirelessly to the Parrot 3200 LS. The screen unit has easy-to-navigate menu options just like your phone, and your mobile phone book is wirelessly downloaded to the car kit. Calls can be dialed either through the screen, or by using voice-recognition speed dialing (up to 150 names can be programmed into the voice recognition system). According to your phone's model and firmware, most features are accessible from the hands free console, including one-touch redial, dual call, and auto-answer.

The 3200 LS can be installed in almost any vehicle, and is designed to automatically mute the radio during use. Comment: I do LOVE having hands free communication in my car. My only complaint at this point is that when you are talking with someone else that also has a hands free unit in their car, it is very difficult to hear each other.

Installation is not simple to begin with and much more difficult in my car because the factory radio has an external amp. I had to use an install method of installing a relay, in which the procedure is not outlined in the manual. I also had a bad mic included in my kit, but Parrot immediately ground shipped a replacement.

To make installation easier, there are additional harness which can cost up to 150$ extra.

Pretty much my only annoyance with this kit is that anytime I touch my phone, it cuts out my stereo. So if I check a text message, have a low battery warning, scroll through the calendat, etc., it interrupts my stereo.

Overall, it's a nice unit with a nice display; the phonebook auto-syncs with your phone; and the bluetooth auto connects when you get in the car.

Comment: I had The Parrot CK3200 installed in my car 2 weeks ago and so far, so good! I have had no problems receiving or making calls. I have asked the people I have called, how I sound and everyone says it's very clear. To be sure, I called my house phone and left a message on my answering machine and found that the call came through crystal clear.

The one thing that you should know is that if your cell carrier is Verizon, the pictures you might have on your cell phone, do not show up on The Parrot's screen. I already knew that when I purchased this, so it did not come as a surprise to me, like it did to other reviewers.

All in all, I am impressed with this device. My cell phone information automatically synched with The Parrot, so I did not have to enter any information and I was instantly able to say "call home" and it would ask me if I said, "call home" and I said, "yes" and it called my home. There were a few times that I forgot to use the command, "call" and it had me repeat the command. My brother also has The Parrot and loves it. With new laws effective tomorrow, I am glad I purchased this and had it installed when I did. Two thumbs up!

Comment: I originally bought the non color version, 3100 I believe, however the mic was not in the box. Best Buy split the difference so I could upgrade to the 3200 and I love it. I have a Blackberry 8120 and it syncs perfectly every time I get in the car. Voice recognition worked out of the box; no tagging involved (I believe the unit taps into the voice recognition software that Blackberry uses for this). It mutes my stereo ever time there is audio coming from the unit, and the interface is quite user friendly. The only issue I have with this product is the installation mount. The mount that comes with it is for a flat surface, like the top of the dash board. I wanted to mount it on the vertical surface of my dashboard, velcro seemed to be the only option. I eventually found a vertical mount from the UK and have since ordered it.

I highly recommend this unit!!!

Comment: The Parrot works great once you figure it out. The directions that come with it need help. You'll need to purchase the correct wire harness for you car seperatly. I did the install my self and took about 1hr to do. It took longer to get the phone to work with all the features.
