As a Registered Dental Hygienist, this is the same model night guard I wear and recommend to my patients! Excessive grinding and clenching of the teeth can be extremely damaging. Comment: I've had problems with grinding my teeth for decades. I used to have a professional mouth piece that a Dentist fit and ordered for me. It was great. Comment: My teeth, my jaw, and my quality of sleep are much better now that I have a cost-effective option to manage my bruxism. I have suffered quite a bit of tooth loss over the years between custom guards. After losing my last 2 custom guards during a household move and on a business trip ($500 and $700 - ouch!), I tried this product in desperation late one grinding night, without even going through the "forming" process. It was a bit loose but worked fine, so I used it the following night and found that within 3 or 4 nights the guard had formed itself comfortably. I will order several more to have spares for travel.

Comment: Since there are two night guards in this product it is really good for two people. One for a person with a smaller mouth the other for the person with the larger mouth. The product is a little thick in your mouth, but with use it becomes manigable. My dog ate my $200 night guard from my dentist and I needed a quick fix. This product worked just fine. If you are looking for an inexpensive way to help with clenching or grinding this product is a great buy.
