Summary: Good for what ails you Comment: I'm 43, with bi-polar depression, and the beginnings of menopausal symptoms--mostly night sweats. I used to take it the week before and during my period, but taking it daily seems to be a better bet. My only reservation is the caffeine content. I'm prone to migraines, and I try to keep away from caffeine. But since I've only been taking the Estroven on a daily basis for two weeks, the jury is still out on that. Otherwise, the Estroven does a great job. Customer Rating: Summary: Great product but not a great price Comment: This works. Period. I ran out and got a generic brand. After using it for just 3 weeks the hot flashes came back, fast and furious. Went right out and got the original brand. Hot flashes went away after just two weeks. Customer Rating: Summary: It Absolutely Works! Comment: Having turned 52, I was having a very hard time with the constant "flashing" related to menopause. I looked over the array of products available at the store and chose this one. I'm glad I did, as it absolutely works for me. I ran out of it at one point and did not run out to replace it right away. Within a few days, those flashes were right back. I RAN to the store and bought the product again and within a week, I was back to normal. No flashes. I will never run out of it again. It just works. It would seem to last for several minutes before subsiding only to do it again within 30 minutes or so.
