Boldly modern with a playful watch face, the Invicta Lupah Dragon (model 2094) offers a perfect accessory match to today's contemporary casual dress. This precise timepiece features a Swiss-made ETA quartz movement and features a highly polished stainless steel case that measures 43mm wide (1.7 inches). The black dial face features a spirograph-like Guilloche curved pattern, large stylized numerals and a chronograph that resembles a smiling face, with measurements for 1/10th of a second, 60 seconds, and 30 minutes of elapsed time. Other features include Tritnite luminous hands, a rounded, bulbous shaped mineral crystal, date display, and a black stain-/scratch-/fade-/water-resistant padded Italian Lorica strap that's made from a special microfiber blend. The watch is also water-resistant to 100 meters.

Tritnite is a luminous material with an extended glow exclusively developed by Invicta in Switzerland and added to their timepiece hands and markers. When exposed to regular daylight, it will hold its glow for about 20 hours.

Summary: Beautiful watch - A Great Value
Comment: I received this watch today and I'd have to say I'm quite impressed. It's large, but not massive (I'm on the second-to-last eyelet on the band and it hasn't totally taken over my arm). The convex crystal covering the face magnifies the interior beautifully. In the right light, you can clearly see the subtle designs that weave around the sub-dials. The timepiece itself is weighty and has a very solid feel (the kind that very well should come with a watch that normally fetches over $400 and wants to remind you of that fact). Overall, I'm thrilled with the look. As for how well it keeps time (the important stuff), I haven't yet had the opportunity to judge, but will update this review a few weeks down the road. The chronograph function works flawlessly (and honestly, it's hard for me to stop starting it, stopping it and resetting it just to see all of the hands "about-fact" back to 0). For those who are wondering, the band is Lorica (a VERY convincing and durable leather subsitute used right along materials like Gore-Tex for various applications)

Invicta Watches are some of my favorites. They are reliable, durable and arguably some of the best-looking on the market. The price range on this particular piece makes it a must-buy.

Comment: I recently bought this watch looking for something with a little weight, and a nice stylish look. I am very happy with the feel, and style of this watch. At certain angles there is a weird distortion to the face, but nothing too drastic to make the watch difficult. Easy use and simple chronograph make it a very versatile watch, and looks good doing it.

Comment: I have had the watch for about a month and I am extremely pleased with the purchase. The watch has a striking appearance and works great which one would expect. The Lorica band is very comfortable and looks like it will stand up to wear real well. It repels moisture nicely. I have a small wrist and the band is on the last eyelet. I am not sure if a shorter band of the same width is available and I have to look into that. But the size of the watch is what I was looking for. Its impressive on the wrist.The black face and its design is really cool and unique. At the price, it was a great choice for me.

Summary: It's an eye-grabber!
Comment: I recently added this to my growing collection not having actually seen one in the flesh, so to speak. Wow! I was really impressed by the beauty of this watch as soon as I opened that big yellow show-box it rests in. The Dragon scales shimmered in the light, the nice large (but not overly so) size and ergonomic shape, the beautiful fit and finish, all popped out at me right away. Holding the Lupah and feeling it's smooth solidity was very reassuring and the whole experience shouted "quality." For less than $200 you get something which looks like it could cost many times that.

I have some watches of pedigree which I spent big sums on. You all know what Swiss pieces can cost. Of course, I love them for what they are and I totally enjoy wearing them, looking at them, etc. Watch lovers know what I'm talking about in their own special way. But I have received complimentary comments from people on the Dragon and, in fact, my girlfriend asked me the other day if I would change from the Tag Heuer Chrono I had on to the Dragon because she just loved the way it looked on me. Well, OK.

Since even the cheapest watches can keep excellent time, we can assume that most of what we like in one is emotion based. This one is easy to live with and it was love at first sight.
