Comment: I have the old version of this DVD which is great but this version is sequenced much better. It is a challenge. I've always had a weak core and now I am much stronger because of practicing this DVD. My stomach is more toned now than ever. This DVD will strengthen your core both physically and mentally. You will develop a healthy posture as well. Personally, this DVD took me on a journey like no other. I couldn't make it thru the entire workout for a long time. When I finally did, I felt powerful and successful. I stand straighter now, my shoulders are back, head up. As always, Ana & Ravi encourage you thru the workout so you persist and prevail! It is done with a lot of love and hearing Ravi tell you the benefits of each posture offers incentive to go on. Power is exactly the right word for this DVD. It is powerful!

Comment: I hesitated to buy this one at first because I thought it might be too difficult for me. But I am so glad I did. The first time I did it I felt the burn for about two days afterward. I realized that I really needed this. My navel center has always been a little weak but the more I work on it the more powerful I feel-physically and mentally. This DVD makes me feel like I can do anything!!! I look forward to many more wonderful hours with this DVD and a much stronger outlook on myself and my life. Do not hesitate with this one like I did. I only wished I had bought it sooner. It really is a fabulous workout for the core muscles and your mental connection with yourself and the rest of the world. It really works you from the inside out.

I use this one when I feel like I need more willpower. I also alternate it with some of the other ones that work the extremities a little more. That way, if my arms and legs are still sore I can still work out-just on a different area. (Then I feel sore from head to toe! LOL!)

Summary: Amazing core training
Comment: I am still new to yoga. After trying a few other yoga dvd's(which I did not like very much)I stumbled on to Kundalini yoga with Ravi and Ana. Finding their workouts have been a blessing in my life. With my current health issues these workouts are great for my physical and mental health.

Navel Power is absolutely fantastic for not only toning your entire core but teaches you how to work your insides as well. I thank them for including modifications so everyone can use their workouts.

I am finding the more I do the workout the more focused and relaxed I become. I always feel more in tune with myself after I am finished with their workouts.

I highly recommend Navel Power for anyone who wants to become more in tune with themselves and as a bonus tone your entire core.
