The response is a very light shoe with good traction and fits well there are sar far the next best thing to the combat speeds in my opinion. the only draw back i have found it when traning in a cage (MMA, Submission Wrestling etc.) The traction is somewhat lost becasue of the vinal mats used in most cages. if you are looking for a durable comfortable light wrestling shoes this is it.
