Summary: Pretty good pencil Comment: I have this eye pencil in Lagoon (I believe). I've only used it a couple of times because I don't wear eyeliner very often, but it goes on smooth,stays on pretty well and the color is a nice aqua blue. I thought the color would be a little more vibrant. But overall, it's a good deal for the quality of the product and I would buy it again. The pencil could stand to be a little bit softer though..you really have to get rough with it to get the color lash lines.
