Comment: This is an underrated movie. Ive seen this several times & own the DVD. A car - basically the devil in the car kills people in a small western town. James Brolin is the hero. Its really not a bad little horror movie as the car runs down people on bikes,pedestrians,etc. It is tense,moody & has a few scares. The car itself succeeds in having an evil aura when you see it. Easily worth a look - but dont expect an all time classic. Still very cool and better than Trucks :)
I own the Anchor Bay DVD, but you cant go wrong with way with AB or Sony

Summary: Oh, That freakin horn !
Comment: Saw this movie in the late 1980s on TV in a much edited form and loved it.
Then got the unedited version on VHS in the late 1990s and loved it even more.
The story and acting is fabulous....and will never look at a Lincoln the same again.

Comment: Fairly entertaining movie with a younger James Brolin in which he plays a sheriff in a small town being terrorized by a "devil" car with an unseen driver. This car just keeps regenerating itself and mows down everyone in its path. Good action and acting from Brolin and the supporting cast.

James Brolin is the sheriff of this small desert town, a single dad with a feisty lady friend who verbally challenges The Car and saves the town's children. Ronny Cox is a deputy with a drinking problem, and The Car challenges his vows to stay off the sauce. Just when you think it is safe to leave your house, The Car always seems to know where you are and what your plans are...
